1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product.
- The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Product photos/videos
2. Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Perishable food items once delivered
- Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales
- Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment
- A wrong or damaged item was delivered
- The order was cancelled before dispatch
- The return request is approved after verification
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.
After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Damaged packaging
- Expired item
We may offer:
- Product replacement, or
- Refund/store credit based on availability and verification.
6. Refund Processing Time
- UPI / Wallet Refunds: 2–5 business days
- Debit/Credit Card Refunds: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking Refunds: 5–7 business days

7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
